The staged discussion was very very interesting, as a not very succesful developer I found some of the items possibly a little over to top, but the principal is very good but I would like to understand the philosophy of buying a property for £1, I see its idea but cant get grips with it fully, thanks for a very interesting programme. If anyone has bought the system and has done just one “house for a pound” deal please let me know. i’m not negative, i’m not anti, i’m not trying to knock the system - i WANT it to work but i just want to hear some positive experiences from people before i part with 2k on a product unseen!
